Metin2 Macros & Auto-Attack
A Metin2 macro automates a repetitive action — spamming a skill, holding auto-attack, or clicking loot. They're handy, but limited. Here's what macros can and can't do, and where a vision bot picks up the slack.
The kinds of Metin2 macro
- In-game skill macros — the client's own F1–F4 macro slots that chain skills. Safe and allowed, but they only fire skills; they don't find targets or loot.
- Auto-attack — holding the attack so your character keeps hitting the selected target. Great for grinding a single spot, useless once the target dies and nothing re-selects the next one.
- Autoclicker / spam macros — external tools that repeat a click or key on a timer. They're blind: they fire whether or not there's anything to hit, so they waste time and look robotic.
Why plain macros fall short
A macro has no eyes. It can hold auto-attack, but it can't tell when a metin broke, walk to the next one, or pick up the drop it left behind. So a pure auto-attack macro grinds one stone and then flails. That's the gap a farmbot fills.
How a vision bot upgrades the macro

Macro safety
In-game skill macros are fine. External autoclickers are usually tolerated because they don't touch the game process — the same reason a vision bot is safe. Bottom line
